I also received a GU yesterday morning, but no update in any of the step.

No Idea about VO....have requested notes around 20 Oct....no GU update before Oct....only 1 update on Sept 1 for ADR and BIL

Mine is also 28 July....Last update was on Oct 4, when it was updated that we are reviewing AD you provided....nothing after that (ADR was for medicals)

One can even apply for CEC outside Canada (within a stipulated time). The only reason I could see is that if his PR gets approved while he is out, he may have to apply for PRTD, as he will not receive his PR card.

What do you mean by 'application was refused after 3 months'? Can you explain? Is this your second PR application?

After 33 days, I received it for my medical. After another 33 days, they updated that they are reviewing my additional docs (although medical stasus was passed after 20 days)

Same here......they hopefully give the good news within this month......one of my colleague got his PR in 7 weeks and other one in 10 weeks
