    Yes, try for your spouse study visa... keep few points in minds... 1. Choose good university.. If not Tier 1 or Tier 2, at least Tier 3. 2. Minimum 2 years course 3. Enough funds to support entire course and stay 4. Strong SOP 5. Most importantly course relevancy. I saw someone in this forum...

    oooo... this might create issues if you have just 5 mnts left... Career break is not an issue.. main is to satisfy visa officer about course relevancy, finance, university etc... but still I have a question, have you tried express entry? that could be a better option...

    Yes, look at my case.. .I applied with complete file on 25th July SDS with upfront med and bio(visit visa) and still got AIP... and waiting for 6 mnts for final outcome...

    All depends on your luck... many people are waiting since Mar'20 and few who applied in Dec got results in less than 10 days... I am waiting for this answer for last 6 months...
