Consent form page 4 - how did you answer question about biometrics? Applicant wish to provide biometrics vs. applicant doesn’t wish to provide. In my case, mom already did BM last year, getting confused with this part of consent form.

Don't know what the purpose of this vfs form question is. Isn't everyone supposed to select the Applicant wish to provide biometrics option anyways?
