I applied on the same date via Karachi VAC. (22nd November) I dont think that we can get visa without medical call. Medical is mandatory for us in Pakistan.

Hi, I think you are second person receiving the call from embassy regarding your application. May I know what actually was asked during the call? Was it sort of background check? There is another applicant "Anonymous", he did receive the call from embassy last week and I see one application...

Salam, I got the confirmation email hat my admission has been moved for summer intake now. Updated letter will be delivered in 10 days.

I think the best way will be via VAC. as now biometrics is a mandatory for all the applications. If you apply online then somehow you will have to give your finger prints. so why not when applying? Just a thought, as I am not that much experience in this. may be other experience guys can...

Guys ! Just want to confirm on a note that from 11th December 2013, Biometric is a compulsory part of the visa application in Pakistan. Will that rule apply on applications which were submitted before that date?

I have sent the email to university to have my admission deferred for next term !

Yaar, holidays 25th (christmas), 26th (Boxing day) and 1st Jan.

I dont think that we will get something for Jan intake now !! I will be sending the application to defer my admission for may intake tomorrow as it is already to late now.

Cant say anything. it is totally upto them. they can still reject the visa but let us hope for the best. InshaAllah our applications will be approved. but issue here is that we donot have much time left. my classes will be starting from 6th of January and i can only leave 2 classes per course...

Same here, still awaiting. I applied on 22nd Nov. I am waiting till Thursday only, after that i will defer my course for the next intake ! CHC islamabad will be close on 1st January, so i am not expecting to receive any email on Wednesday !!
