thats the only advantage with vfs....we get to know when passports are dispatched from ndvo

as per my understanding...it means they have picked up your file from pile and going through your documents.

if u have vfs in your city...then better send it by vfs...the only advantage i see with vfs is you may get to know your DM status even before its updated in ecas some times :P :P :P...apart from that i see anything is ok

always take in canadian dollars while sending initial application as international dd will have 6 months validity....u can go with hdfc / icici...both are good...dont think too much about banks...go for a decent private bank...they are all good
