    I think you are expecting processing very fast, but sorry to say applicant of 2020 are waiting for aor nd if possible IRCC will clear backlogs of 2019, 2020 this year, then 2021. So prepare for long wait as we all r waiting.

    You should ask for courier receipt from ur agent , It give all detail abt who received it and exact time nd date. If it vary then with proof you can question IRCC.

    No need to worry, process is very slow . Even applicant of 2019 have received nth after biometric. I am March 2020 applicant nd still waiting for update.

    No,it's IRCC rule that ielts , ECA result is locked at time they received your application nd should be valid at that time.

    Only 2020 applicant whose file not processed (or in system ) in that year falls under this policy. Means they were nt issued temporary file number and aor in 2020 will fall under this policy.

    Just Google IRCC web form. It is very simple fill your detail that you know nd attach your proof of delivery . Mostly they answer within a week.
