Right. It seems it’s only case with Ottawa office that they have a different dedicated mailing address. Most of their locations are appointment only but there is a mention on top of the page which says if shipment is mailed no need of appointment.

This is strange. I received e-mail with the COPR letters/attachments & can see those files under online account, as well.

The Status changed to approved today. Received COPR yesterday.
