Please avoid these questions. currently valid vs. Just valid is the same thing. You have successfully saved your application from review required. Since the security is now cleared, it may take less than 2 or 3 weeks to get COPR if you are inland. If you are an Outland, you will join the long queue.

I’m surprised to see why people ask very basic questionS Without working on the basics of PR life-cycle. Of course, PPR is first. Now, why are they directing sending a COPR? It’s because offices are closed & can’t accept passports. It’s quite obvious. Is it a COPR or A landing document-...

    1) After PR, You need to apply a new SIN. SIN starting with 9 is for temporary visas. Once you get a new SIN, CRA automatically gets your information. Try login To CRA Account with a new SIN. If login fails, register again. This information is based on my discussion with CRA cust. Care last...

If the status is already changed approved, you don’t have to worry. No need to be impatient, they are not going to change the decision. In few cases, system did not do the expected. If you have already submitted a web form, concerned office will send those letter separately. I had predicted your...

Right. It seems it’s only case with Ottawa office that they have a different dedicated mailing address. Most of their locations are appointment only but there is a mention on top of the page which says if shipment is mailed no need of appointment.

For CEC, COPR letters is sent to each primary applicant and dependents (if any). No landing interview. Just need to send photos for the actual PR card. I also heard some folks received e-mail from IRCC asking if all dependents are physically available in Canada or not. Search on this forum why...

It's a technical thing at IRCC side. Once COPR is sent for printing, system takes it's course to update account status as well as trigger e-mails with letters. In some cases, concerned office review it manually & share the COPR letters separately. I said strange because system didn't do the...
