I don't think you need to liquidate them, the FD certificate is enough with your bank statement for The Cash. Recently happenings have it that POF is not usually checked during entrance. Rest assured, you have no problem either way

RR means Review Required you can confirm this if it appears towards the ending pages of your GCMS notes. SS means Security screening, it happens when a detailed security examination is needed. You can mostly confirm this from CBSA notes.

Ok.. That's why... If normal bank statement is provided, it must show the 6 months average or an explanation why. If you had provided only FD, no need because FD gets a new certificate after every tenure. As advised by @morserf, you will need to provide explanation.

Does That mean you provided your normal bank statement and also the FD certificate?
