Thanks for the replies! I was reading more info, looks like its better to apply outland, but i'm scared of having to leave canada when my tourist visa expires :( Dont know what to do. Once i step inside canada, can i change my single entrance visa to a multiple entrance visa there?

Oh, one more question. I read that in buffalo, the processing time of the entire package is 11 months. Can I apply there (outland) since I'm brazilian and i have US visa? If I can, it makes sense, because i would have to wait 11 months inland to get a open work permit anyway!
