As per other threads, we get PPR only after final decision is made by IRCC. Lets wait then, do let us know when you get any update!

My timeline is same as yours, apparently for everyone its taking more than 10 working days. Let's wait and see. Did you try emailing high commission at Delhi (as suggested by VFS)?

Hey, similar timeline here. We submitted via VFS Bangalore on the same day. It's been under process since Feb 18. Did you submit immediately after you got PPR?

Received biometrics request 2 hrs back. TimeLine: Application Received: 5th Dec. AOR: 19th Dec. Biometrics request: 2nd Jan.

Sent the application on 2nd of dec, delivered on 5th of Dec and AOR On 19th of Dec. It took total of 14 days including weekends to receive AOR.
