I am very close to giving up hope on Colombo. My first medical request was on 28th August 2015. We had our baby in Nov 2015. So the overall MR process ended with the ECAS line update on 21st Jan 2016. So far nothing more..... I am at a loss of words at how slow things can get !!! Simply no SLA...

Hi friend, Even I have been through the same situation. But we did not opt for XRay. It is a risky affair, a risk which is intense ; I believe nothing in this world is justifiable at the cost of the newborn's health ... some things in life we must set priority correctly. Regards, Andy
