I am wondering what does that mean " visa issued May 22"? Does that mean no visa issued after May 22 for Fsw? Or it means that last visa issued is for the applicant who got file number on May 22?

Pepe, I think put a cover photo inside of the envelope. Do not be worried a lot and don't be picky about the cover photo. Sometimes more explanation makes them confused. So write the cover photo with some general information and pass it. Good luck

It takes 3 business days for the doctor to receive the results from lab. It may take 2 or 3 more days for the doctor to upload the e-medical. However, this time frame may change if the doctor is busy or lazy. Be patient buddy.

I was never asked for RPRF. POF was asked one month after medical. But the good news is that, this time, we all got Med. Request and RPRF request at the same time :)
