I'm the same situation, DM on sponsor side, last week just fill up the small application to remove my kids from my application, since ex wife doesn't allow them to have any part of the application.

That's more harder without her make a letter saying her wishes, wait until senior on the forum to help you.

I got sponsor approved since 16 August, waiting for the criminal record from back home to submit. Since I already submitted with the application.

Just got sponsor side approved.

Thank you guys I will inform her. Another question does my current wife (sponsor) have to be financially good for them? Because they will not be join me anytime soon.
