    and when i last time called them like couple of months ago. They said processing time is 19 months , but when i applied processing time was 16 months. are they counting us in 19 months processing time seriously.

    same here. received my last set of notes on Oct 24, still ready for PS. I ordered new set of notes on NOV 16. Hopefully will receive notes in Mid- Dec.
