Did they explicitly mentioned that your wife and kid cannot travel? Because once you land and become PR, your wife and kid becomes immediate family member and become exempt from travel restrictions! Just a thought

I raised for travel exemption with exactly same conditions. Yet to get a reply. When did you raised the exemption? Via webform or email?

But the site says immediate family members are exempt from restrictions and extended family members can travel with an Authorization letter. So confusing

Good letter. But is there any response to her letter? Like webform of copr holders?

Then probably the action required on your side is letting them know when you are ready to travel...call ircc to be sure.
