I can't understand , what security checking they doing on us , they can just go into there systems and pull out every single bit of information about us within minutes but still they need more than a year to clear us ,this is all laziness nothing else

What i think is ,this gonna be the final review on your application , and then they will issue you the request ,so just sit tight this wait will be over soon for you ....but i am amzaed how lazy they are ,everything is done but still,that last officer not issuing visa smhhhh

I consult a lawyer and they said the same thing that they can send CSE and can order gcms notes for us for 50$ only lol ,he didnt know that i already been through all this already ...anyway nobody can do amything except cic itself

Guys ,just called cic,guy told me they completed your eligibiltiy ,and they are not working on it anymore ,but i cannot give you timeline for now ,my eligibity was recommended passed from last 13 months now he said it is passed ,what you think guys how long it will take now ?

You bg status not needed is from beginning or it changed in between the process ,

I dont know where but i read somewhere that our bg is valid for one year and if decision is not made within in one year ,they have to do our bg check again, i wish i am wrong here ...
