Isn't it annoying that the online status says "We are reviewing ...." but agent says "eligibility has not started yet". God only knows why they have such contradiction!!

My letter said "We require a passport with a validity of greater than six (6) months in order to assess your application." so if they open/process yours in another 2-3 weeks then you will be fine or else they will request a new passport.

I have a feeling they will shutdown the calling service!!

They mean expert participants in this forum like LegalFalcon who has already answered your question. Another one I can think of is Andy108. They are volunteering their time for sharing knowledge so its not guaranteed that you will get a response. Another route is hiring an immigration lawyer.
