One more thing --- I found in soem cases AOR and IP is just only ONE day difference. Can I suggest to all to recheck their dates in the protected sheet and advise for change < if any > that will hep us the understand the correct trend and waiting time for each activity.

Friends, I send a family application on 4th Jan and delivered on 9th Jan. It is a family application so I put 4 applications in a large pack. I did a silly mistake as missed to mark name on back side of each photo , although I put individual photos with clip on all individual applications...
