    No you can't. You will need to wait for the IRCC to issue you a letter requesting for the CNCC and use this letter to request for the certificate from the HK police. This letter will be issued around the time when you receive MEP which is around 32-35 days from AOR.

    I don't think you can apply by yourself without having a letter requesting the same . The website suggests that you have a letter from the requesting source . Plus going by various sources it takes between 3-5 business days to get the RCMP check done which I don't think is a big delay. Why...

    Hi all, Received AOR on 19th NOV I too got an email , but don't have high hopes on the status bar to provide the exact status considering how inefficient the entire process is . Anyway will wait and watch . Hope they make it application specific and not display a generic message just to avoid...

    Yes they are done and as per the doctor, the results have been uploaded too (before I received the AOR) but they still don't reflect in my application. However, I am not surprised by the pace and not expecting any changes anytime soon :rolleyes:
