Could anyone tell me the initial BC status was Not Started or Not Needed?

Same here. My BC never changed from the beginning.

I am CEC inland but my BC was always NN, never changed. :-[

I got replied that my case is in Ottawa. What does that mean?

So I guess there is no fixed pattern how they respond as they ignored my request for a week.

May I ask how soon did they reply?

It does not feel good without knowing progress. Application process is like a black box. PPR could happen in a morning you wake up, or an afternoon you just finished your work. Knowing nothing what is waiting for you ahead is like walking in darkness.

I am here too. Some lucky guys whose AOR was similar to us already got PPR. Hope we can get ours soon.

One 10th of CEC applications got PPR on tracker.
