I called last month but I was told is still within the normal time since I included my wife and kid. I emailed them just a week ago and I had the same reply. Just worried because my son has to go to kindergarten and they need it before he is admitted.

I applied for study permit extension on June 1 including open work and visit extension for my wife and son. Our permits expire on 30 of this month and no final decision yet. Please I need help on what to do. Thanks
