At what stage of your application you got a refusal letter? If you got it after your medical request, you can appeal to the visa officer.

I applied for GCMS notes on February 9/12, but did not receive yet. I called the toll free number several time and they call me back after 4-5 days saying that you will get it soon.

My file got transfered to Seattle on March 8/12 after sitting at Buffalo office since May 27/11. Medical results were sent 5 months ago. I cannot send a case specific enquiry to Seattle within 90 days as per an email I received.

I recieved an email yesterday saying that my file is transfered to Seattle and do not contact this office before 90 days of getting this email. My file was in Buffalo. Medicals sent 5 months ago.

Its been almost 5 months ever since they got my medical results. I don't know why it is taking that long.

I am May applicant too. Mine is not even "in process" on ECAS. I contacted my MP and he give me info that my application won't be processed until OCT 2012. Very sad news for me.
