Can anyone help me that if a person have lived in the different cities for education and job purposes do he need to get the PCC from all the cities? I am applying from Pakistan.

@cheeta37 As per this document its stated that IQAS required HEC attestation, which as far i have researched not required. We need to get the photocopies verified by the granting university. Can you please clarify my confusion on this.
