PR cards are coming from Sydney office? Does it mean that PR card applications are being forwarded to Major offices from the local IRCC offices mentioned on CoPR letter?

I don't think so. Because I tried everything correctly but still it says no data found. May once they entered date, we can link it...?

I think most probably they will issue you CoPR in couple of days. You can contact if you wish.

I can't link my PR card application to GCKey (tried with UCI and Family name). Tried more than 5 times and it got blocked for 24 hours.

My Ecas shows COMPLETE status today. It was in process till yesterday. Yet to get a CoPR letter. How many days it take roughly after approval and Ecas shows complete?.
