No clue, but called CIC today and they said we have started BC in Sydney, NS, we will transfer to Local VO when it is done and it will be faster for them to process once your BC is completed here. I have no idea why is that different for us from others.

Yes, that is strange and not good to see that some applicants from November and December are still waiting their files to be moved to processing Visa office. And their files are sitting in Sydney office.

Same here, I received MR and BR on March 15 and Medical and BR done and it has been updated in CIC profile but no update after that, nothing on ECAs.

Consider yourself lucky, at least they haven't send your whole file back. I believe you'll get it soon it won't be too long.

Mine got updated the same day they receive results but if it's there in Application information i woudn't worry about it. They might forgot to update. Just to mention, I never got AOR but received SA straight. CIC rep. told me that it's fine as soon as you got the SA and consider that as an AOR

I think best is to call CIC and let them know about the situation. It's tricky you might want to confirm before proceeding for test

Yes, 'passed' is for medical and 'completed' for Biometrics.

It will update as completed when they will receive the results.
