I'm also facing same problem. Ticket is booked but they never advice to deposit money. Till waiting for there instructions.

IOM need the visa page copy to allow their service. So you have to wait until you get the visa. You can give a reservation to any other Airline but it should not an wise decision to purchase ticket until you get the visa.
