Hello All, Do you guys think this quarantine condition is over by July 21 or it will continue till end of this year??? Is it wise decision to go for landing next week and quarantine for 2 weeks or else wait till July 21 so that may be quarantine condition is over?? Any thoughts will appreciated.

I don't think cbp will allow this time for soft landing...these days they will allow people who will move permanently.

The new law which is effective tomorrow will not effect AVR (expired H1B visa + valid I-797) after landing...is it correct??

It means on expired H1B visa but valid I-797....Can we use AVR after landing?

I just called cbp....he told we are good for AVR.

It means in my case I have Canadian pr and expired h1b visa on my passport but valid I-797 till August 2022 , can I go for landing now and come back on AVR?
