Unfortunately, they will never acknowledge our additional documents / change in info. But rest assured, they will make a note of the documents we send. There has been no cases where they didnt recieve the docoument. To be double sure, Fax em the documents as well.

Get a reference letter from the employer mentioning full time permanent position with xx hours work per week with his job title and job roles. Also mention the from and to date of employment. Keep his latest paystubs and T4. Additionally, keep his bank statement also.
