I got ghost update but when i tried opening application, it will keep on spinning and shows bad gateway error after few mins. After couple of attempts, status change back to submitted. anyone else had ghost update today or facing issue accessing application?

I just called up IRCC helpline to check if Final decision was made and Agent be like we will reach out with communication with once we are ready communicate. So i go, does that mean Final decision is made? Agent be like - As i said earlier with firmer voice we will reach out with communication...

no notification but a standard message that some applications are complicated and takes longer to process etc. etc. My application reached 100% on Nov 10th.

If you have other valid visa (like student or work permit), you can but make sure to check what are admissible rules (when you return) for temporary residents due COVID.

If i go by that logic, i got refund on Nov 5 which means criminality is passed before and Medical was extended (expired) on Nov 18. As per IRCC all stages are passed and waiting final decision. Not sure what is taking so long :( And if this is not enough, my landlord wants to sell the condo and...

I had same question too..why would they ask you after submitting the application ( I am assuming you must have submitted all these with your application being CEC Inland)

yes it was updated earlier (around July, i submitted in application in May) but then it changed to default status later on (i am guessing around since my Medical validity ended around August). Nov 18 it got updated again "medical passed" and i confirmed same today with IRCC agent on the phone.

I too received just few mins ago..seems like bulk email to all 6+ months applicants. Havent been able to login to portal since morning, may be it will allow in afternoon since all these updates/notification are rolled out.

My medicals were expired in Aug and i was told by IRCC agent that officer may extend it, which was done on Nov 18 (updated in Portal)

Called today morning and found final decision is pending VO - Ottawa AOR - May 10 Biometric - Oct 15 (exempted) Medicals - Nov 18 (expired but extended) - applicants with expired medicals, pls note Security - Cleared, not sure about date Criminality - Nov 18 Final decision - Pending

before this i called once a week and was able to speak to agent every time (called about 4 times) and wasnt able to get to agent in last weeks (specifically after Nov 17th).
