I have a 430 CRS score but my wife's ECA report is due 10/2 (per WES's website) which once out I will get 9 additional points taking me to 439. I was sleeping all this while procrastinating my wife's ECA evaluation but just woke up early this month to get her ECA evaluated.

It was given in the US and the link you had shared doesn't have US in the drop-down country list. Not sure if there is any other way(s) to secure the test results? Test was given back in the Medieval times - Nov 19, 2016.
