I came over from the November group got my application returned for missing country specific document. Application was re submitted received on February 18

I called CIC to verify I was told that some forms have been updated in November 2018 even the document checklist . So I may need to use the updated forms. I was also told that signatures have a 90 day window before they expire. and since it's past 90 I may need to get all docs resigned.

Did anyone just returned their application with the missing document or signature. Or did you update your application with new signatures.
