Ok i had 2 different queries and I sent out 2 emails and 2 messgaes thru the link that i have sent above The reason is that when i emailed them i waited for 10-15 days but no reply so i thought of sending via the link...and then i got a reply within 15-20 days or so I suppose sending via link...

i had sent ndvo 2 queries and they took 20 -25 days to reply.. I also raised Case Specific Enquiry (CSE) https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi So in this form u need to fill details such as name, Date of birth, etc.. hope this helps
