I think its mentioned on the website. until there are cross/crosses (Red X), they will not process ur application. They need to have all the section marked Green checked. So u need to resend the document they have cross against

I dont think so u can submit docs without IELTS or ECA equivalent. Its written these are mandatory...Else i would have submitted waayyyyy back...my point is 70 without these...i had confirmed from CIC these are mandatory http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

Me too...Just got my evaluation done yesterday. I stay like 10 mins walk from WES office and they are taking 3-4 days to deliver. You are not alone for sure

I have one query I have done my Diploma & bachelors of engg from India and Masters from USA. While doing my ECA from WES is it ok to evaluate Masters only or do i need to evaluate Diploma and bachelors as well?
