Then did you get your nomination certification before you apply to CIC? The thing missing in your application is the certificate. You have to apply through your provincial program, got approved with a nomination certificate, then you apply to CIC with a copy of your certificate attached.

Did anyone get nomination yet? I submitted on 17th of this month by myself, some consultant friend told me it'll take no more than 2 months. But it looks like taking very long for some applicants tho.

Yes you have to take the IELTS exam again when proceed to IRC I wouldn't recommend you use other people's credit card, since it's such a hassle to get the cardholder's signature and I think CIC may ask for proof it is really your friend's card and signature, hence results in processing delay...

I don't think you need to renew your TRV, since you already got a work permit. Basically you can do anything except study in this country.

It sounds very frustrating. Looks like the bcpnp office get really careful on those applied through agency.

In my opinion, you better update your work permit. Otherwise they'd take you as illegal case since your work permit indicated it's expired.

New BCPNP program guide has changed the timeline to 3 years after graduation.

Not necessarily. One of my friend works as a marketing coordinator and his wage is just above the low. He applied to the international graduate category and he got nominated.

If you do not have a job offer in BC, DO NOT submit your application. You will be rejected for sure since only people who have job offer in BC are eligible to apply for BCPNP.
