Thanks for sharing this - saved me a few mins of googling the address. I just emailed them. I really don't have high hopes of the Vancouver office even caring to reply. I'll keep this group posted on whenever they respond, if at all.

If you'll be applying in December, then your application may take at least 12 months or so, after which you'll apply for a passport - too soon to predict passport timeline for then yet.

Sorry for the confusion. I had emailed them over 2 weeks ago, they never responded. I got the update today saying that my LPP were marked as Completed on Feb 6, 2023.
