How do you link e-case to my CIC account? I don't think I have a CIC account set up.

My application to sponsor my parents was received on May 18, 2018. Called and got a temporary case number last week from the agent. Today, I was able to see my status updated on ECASE: application received. Still waiting to receive AOR in the email.

My application was received May 18, 2018. Still no AOR and can't check online. I called the call center just now, the agent said they received my application but is still working on creating my file.

I just called the call center - agent asked me for the tracking number from Canada xpresspost, and was able to confirm that my application was received. Though they are still going through all the packages, so haven't checked my files nor registered in their system yet.

Hi Everyone - new to the forum. I submitted my application on May 17 and received on May 18. Was anyone able to check their status online prior to receiving the AOR? If so, should I use my information or the main applicant's information? Thanks.
