Yep this should really be the last event that seals the deal for us. It’s really meaningless for us to be strung on hoping for things to happen with the next one.

Yes, JT and MM should’ve been examples of never to go by the faces. Only time can tell how the new minister will be

Yes. Let this be the final thing to look forward to. I’m sick and tired of tying hope to each event and the goalposts always keep moving!

Of course I’m not saying the immigration minister is gonna read all of it. But at least the team or office is expected to provide him the collective data on the pressing issues that are reported. What do you think the email is for? So that the public can communicate.

Some of you here have written to mendishite during his time in office when you were frustrated. While that did hardly anything, who’s to say the new cabinet will have the same indifference. The new minister would look to make some positive changes after all. Let’s shoot our shot. I encourage...

Haha true. But if we’ve seen anything from IRCC over the past year, it’s that they’ll tend to those who cry the loudest. This is our chance.

Will anyone be writing to the office of Sean Fraser highlighting the plight of us outlanders?

It will be hard to find such universities unless, as you mentioned they are looking to assess degree equivalency which is needed when you get course exemptions, transfer credits, etc. Wouldn’t you have some third party handlers in your home country who undertake this for you?

It’s pathetic isn’t it, how we’re all praying this guy succeeds after he’s tortured and treated us all with absolute contempt for 2 years, just so the torture ends.

Thank you legalfalcon. Yes @legalfalcon, if one were to submit it by self post AOR would it lead to a lag in the processing?

That’s schedule A which is pretty much standard issue. But yes to your point anything is possible even after you’ve passed everything. Hope no delays, can’t afford any more hurt :(

Hi @legalfalcon, if PNP applicants do not submit a schedule 4 form at the time of application is it advisable to send it via webform promptly or should one wait for the IRCC to ask this? Also if they request it later does it further delay the processing like an ADR?

Ok so I went through my gcms notes in detail, to see if this was probably an oversight of the schedule 4 form at the time of review of eligibility. In the section under incoming correspondence/documents, there is an item “Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees” with the status as “Not Started”. So it’s...

WTH is a schedule 4 now? I haven’t submitted this. My process was done through a consultant and they didn’t even mention this. But then again, my eligibility is passed so I guess I’m ok, lol

I don’t think so. Mine is a regulatory body for accountants. The Canadian body is quite similar with the exception to tax and law. If you learn that bit you qualify. Medical professions are and need to be heavily regulated. You can check with the relevant body on the process to obtain a license?
