Thanks for the reply I had to call them to allocate my documents as it had been 7 days since I mailed them and on the very same day they allocated. Once I come to know that my univ has replied, I will check it up with them the same day

U mean Once the email was sent from university to Wes. Did u have to chase the university to reply or they did it themselves??
