Same I too did. Still waiting for their response from Dec 22nd. Even I suggested an alternate address in Chennai also.Fir that also no response. No point in calling, as VFS is only response is thru email only.

I even checked with blue dart, they said they do service now from my pincode( Cochin). However, VFS told not serviceable.Dropped a mail to VFS about the same and also requested to suggest nearby serviceable location. Yet to hear from VFS.
