Don't worry you guys will get the visa as well. Those who have missed the classes and defer to next semesters - waiting for ever. When you applied ? which vfs? what is your current status in your cic account?

Got visa after 2 months. first i got refusal then applied again. i submitted my paper application at chd vfs and my file got transferred to delhi. an hour ago my passport dispatched from delhi. anyone know in how many days i will get my passport ?

UCI number stays the same. It is unique ID given to a person by CIC. You need to put in your UCI number (whatever you got before). Just you know, this number will stay the same throughout your life, even after you immigrate to Canada.

Your case is little different. You didn't submit all the documents. KHI did submit the passport biological page but didn't scan all the pages. They don't know if you have anything on other pages. If you send case specific inquiry and update your application then it updates. to confirm you can...

Yes that will attached to your application. You can even call CIC call centre and check with them once you upload the pdf, that if they have received your pdf and got attached to your application.

If your SOP can convince the visa officer, then you will get the visa for sure. But make sure in your form, you mention that your PR application was refused. There is a question in of the forms - " have you ever been refused a visa to a country or to canada" - something like that.

Just send your new pdf through web form. You have to scan all pages with stamps (that includes the entry/exit stamps, visa stamps or any other stamp. ) Only leave the blank pages. Sometimes they request for missing passport pages and give you 7 days to respond. This is what used to happen back...
