Today my ecase showing Medical results have been received and application was in process from January 15 2013... Beginning of the week brought some good news... Medical was done on Feb 5 2013...

This form has to be filled by a person who is sponsoring.... In question 6 they are asking for sponsors relation to principal applicant...... I hope this helps......

This makes me wonder, what is happening here??? Most of the members process start date is after Medical and Passport request, where in my case process started on January 15 2013 and I received Medical and PP request letter dated January 23 2013. Does this make sense??? ???

No worries Waiting.... It was my frustration too... but your case will find a way soon as it is almost a year.... I hope CIC doesn't come up with something else now... The Medical Dr. clearly stated my mother that everything is clear in your case..... I hope our wait come to an end soon...

Just wondering who need to undergo for Finger prints? My mother was never asked to do Finger Print yet.... She has no travel history.....

If you are not able to get this documents from FBI on time, just send CIC- New Delhi email and fax requesting more time to submit documents. If you can provide them some short of proof that you have requested FBI to get the information that would be great too. Just wondering is there any travel...

How long does it take for Medical test in India??

It would have been mentioned in the letter from CIC as what to send original. When I got the document request, I had send all the original documents, not photocopy such as birth certificate, marriage certificate etc....

It was an error made by my brother filling document. So If you didn't made an error, you need not worry about giving them clarification.

Sorry It was not for document Verification but for Clarification. I called CIC Call center and asked them how to respond to them. It was very simple. She replied you just have to mentioned that there was an error from your side in answering to questions. She helped me draft it. But I can never...
