    Yes you can. I gave my biometrics in Dubai and i am from India as well. You can do it at any VFS if you r outside canada.

    Aor- June 24th 2020 Country of Residence- Canada Stream- CEC Current status- Medicals Passed. Applied for GCMS notes on Jan 2021 but have not gotten anything yet. Any idea how long before i get the notes?
