i think ppl paid upfront will also get IP. cic usually updates online status on Tuesdays, u will get IP next Tuesday for sure. the only thing i am worrying about is the duaration between DM to PPR. according to the August applicantd forum, it doesnt sound good.

use excel spreadsheet and print your history with no gaps on A4 papers. make it clear and neat. it's much better than a handwritten one!! trust me..

I don't understand why u are thinking to do an upfront ME. I had to go to another country for a 6 weeks vacation so I couldn't wait until I receive my MR. That's why I did an upfront ME. I think u just need to wait for the email request. Don't overthinking too much.

Don't know about Ainp, but when I got my Sinp certificate, I also got a letter came with it said I can extend my work permit if I need. My current work permit will be expired in 2016 so I have not considered this yet. U may check with AINP? See what they may advise you.
