i think it should be further in your notes. I have it somewhere in the middle and one page is withheld according to a privacy act. But if you looked through your notes and nothing is erased/withheld/etc, then you have nothing to worry about

Hi! Did you order GCMS notes? If yes, check for security part, if you see security screening there, then you are one of people (including me) who was chosen for in-depth profile screening. It might take a while
