If you meet the eligibility your CC or DD will be en-cashed in 4 weeks. Then a maximum of 2 more weeks to receive the PER. After the PER your documents will be forwarded to your Local Visa Officer and you will be provided with an AOR once this is done. And then - the review process will start...

Duties should match. A Designation match is not mandatory.

If you have already sent it to CIC - forget about it. If you have not sent it yet - You need take those staples off. Use binder clips for the thick bunch (employment contracts etc) and use paper clips for thin bunch. NO STAPLES.

For point 3 - there is an exception however. Lets say you're attaching your employment contract which is 5 or 6 pages in total. I would staple them rather than use James Clip because this is ONE set of document and there is a scope of confusion or misplacement if they are all attached via James...
