Good to hear that actually I did get my ATIP this January and nothing started even criminality is in progress when I called two days ago they told me the same its still in progress. I dont know why its taking them too long someone said they wait for FBI report tooo. My IP since April 30,2018

I did send him an email but he never respond nor his staff not even a Thankyou. There should be away to make him know about us but how? I thought of twitter or facebook there should be a way.

Just called IRCC the agent said the BG check might take more than a year, waiting for the third party respond and when it comes to be a citizen they have to review your whole life.Really strange they make us come and accept illegals than check your criminality when applying for citizenship. Why...

I met a Syrian refugee came 2014 applied from Mississauga 2017 and he got citizenship within 8 months...I think his BG check are faster .. dont know why?

No nothing at all... Still waiting since Feb 2018 they said Criminality clearance.. I dont know why its taking too long I renewed my PR 2016 and here since 2013 never traveled..

What are you doing regarding this..Did you call IRCC? What did they tell you? What do you think the reason till now not getting test invite?

Hi all, I am shocked reading my ATIP Report. I submitted my application on Feb 22,2018.. and today this what I received in the second page.. Does that mean nothing is done yet.Last time status was updated when it was transferred to Local office in August 2018 ASSESSMENT; KNOWLEDGE NOT STARTED...

Mississauga applicants are excluded from the 12 months processing time there should be an option to choose the City/Province in their website to be more clear for us,but for sure there are other applicants from Mississauga who applied in October to February /March are getting test invite.

Many are waiting for even longer than you read other threads. I applied in Mississauga Feb 22,2018 and still waiting and have no expectations to get test invite even before Feb 22,2019

The recent party are working for the long term. They know refugees will stay here forever and can never go back to their countries and will be always grateful for helping them in everything,but us immigrants may be we are not beneficial for them we came with skills and free to go there anytime...

I think if your application wasn't transferred to Scarborough office you would have even waited longer. I know two Mississauga applicants applied Nov 2017 there file was transferred early to Scarborough and got citizenship within a year. Us who are still waiting and passed a year our files are...
