Thanks. I was asked to submit FP once early on in the process, which had expired after 1 year of submitting them and BG was still not completed. Hence I did it again 3 weeks back. Unsure if FP can be submitted without being asked for it.

After it went to in progress, absolutely no contact or updates made on status. I really feel like I should do the same thing!!! MY FP expires tomorrow, and I do not see the harm in sending new FP at this point. Thanks for your insight.

Raised a request for the notes and waiting for it to arrive. Did not try the call route yet!

Similar case for me. Test completed in September/22. FP completed in March/22. No updates since. Background check went from Completed to In Progress, after the Test updated to completed!! Really hoping for some movement before the holidays.

I am a Paper applicant, SCR office (as seen on the test email), waiting post test completion on Sep 6, 2022. On Oct 6th, my BG went from Completed to In Progress and nothing moved since. I had given FP back in Feb 2022 so I do not know whats going on now.
