My file reached on 19th September, 2014. I didn't get AOR either. Hopefully we will get AOR by 2nd week of January.

Hey Juggy, Don't wait for AOR to apply for work permit. Go to boarder, take passport and nominee with you. They will issue you a work permit in 5 to 10 minutes. One of my friend got work permit like that recently.
