Wow, in that case my Medical expires on 23rd April 2017. But for some reason I have got stuck on that Additional Document request. It's been 10 days that I sent them the documents but no movements yet, only an automated mail they send while acknowledging you email.

that's the point, I wasn't given any deadline... it simply asked me submit the proof, that's why I was confused as usually I have seen people mentioning 30 days deadline
