Count your time from 10th July (5weeks or more) as this is the time when they actually started processing your application you will hopefull get it by the end of August.

All of the above are reliable, does not have much difference in terms of cost. regarding efficiency WES is said to be most effective. I am using CES as my university is not listed in the list of eligible universties at WES. I don't have much info regarding ICASC.

You have to send all the degrees and transcripts (M.Sc and B.Sc) for ECA according to your country of origin and the body you are opting for evaluation. check with the website of the organization you intended to get the evaluation. No need for the secondary and post secondary education ducuments.

You have to write the same ocupation as you are applying for. That mean the NOC you are eligible for must be your intended occupation as well. regards,
